I love to use the essential oils. I have made some oils to help my kids go to bed faster. I use Orange, Peace & Calming, Valor, Lavender Valerian, Lemon, & Marjoram. After mixing these oils in V-6 or massage oils and put on my kid's back and feet at night, in about 15 to 20 minutes they go to sleep. Ahhh this gives me a rest from the wild hyper kids. My oldest daughter Vannessa she is 17 years old, has a hard time sleeping so I use the oils and she goes to sleep better.
Other oils I use were for my husband's athletes foot was Tea Tree, Lavender, and Peppermint, it really helps a lot and he is healed and now his feet don't inch so much so he uses the oils when he needs it the most..
We use the oils so much and helps us feel better too. Thanks for these oils so we can use them to help heal.
