I once had problems with anxiety which led to sleeping problems. I also felt like I really didn't sleep, my mind didn't shut down so my body could get the rest that it needed. I met a wonderful lady named Quin who helped me learning more about the oils and what they could do for me. I use Peace & Calming on my wrists so I can inhale when need be. I have noticed the difference since I have been using the oils.

Another way I use the Peace & Calming is get a 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and add 6-7 drops, shake the salt around to mix the oil and then add it to warm water in your tub and sit there and relax. I sleep so well after doing this!!
