Asthma help with lavender and valor

My 8-year-old daughter has asthma. She uses albuterol inhalers and ampules with a nebulizer, and Pulmicort ampules. These medications cause her to experience headaches, body aches and she at times has trouble falling asleep at night. Her asthma flares up when she is exposed to hot humid air, very cold air, pollen, dust, campfires, or when she has a simple cold.

At school, she needed her inhaler before Phy Ed class. We also use RC on her chest, which seems to help her breathe better at night. She has learned how to apply the oils herself and really feels so much better when she uses them.
