This month I am celebrating two years of being cold/flu free. This is great coming from someone that would get bronchitis 2-3 times a year. I did manage to cut that down to about once a year using RC when I felt something coming on. I would still get the ‘sinus drainage thing’ and get over it in about half the time and most of the time I would knock it out in a couple of days.

About 2 ½ years ago I started taking one onuce of NingXia Red once a day. I rarely miss a day and never miss two. I keep an inhaler (from Abundant Health) in my purse with RC and if I have a sneezing attack or just feel a scratchy throat, I start using it. I don’t take just a little snort. I may take 5-6 deep snorts on each nostril. If this doesn’t take care of it and I feel something coming on, I will start taking Inner Defense. So far I have only had to take one or two. The rest of the family may have to take 2-3 a day for a couple of days (they usually wait until they get sick to take the Inner Defense). The trick is to tune in to your body and start treatment before you actually get sick. I plan to never be without these three products to keep me and my family well.
