RC for asthma

I have been diagnosed with asthma related to indoor/outdoor allergies. I have been through all of the testing shots and the prescriptions that caused many side affects. I discontinued all of these methods and turned to use RC.

I have discovered that RC helps open my lungs, especially in the fall when my allergies are the worst. One effective method I have found is by using the RC in the new Young Living diffuser at night. I sleep much better and my husband does not snore as much. I love this new diffuser you add water to the fill line and add any oil of your choice.
