I have been using the Young Living Essential oils now for 7 years. I use the oils to help me manage my symptoms of Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue/Sleep Apnea/TMJ/IBS. I use Panaway, Idaho Balsam Fir, Relieve It oil for managing the muscle aches & pain in my body.
I also use Release Oil for the tension for the jaw. I use digize orally & ingest when receive discomfort in the stomach area, or acid reflux. Peppermint for everything; from tiredness, to soreness, hot flashes, or just to smell.
I use Thieves oil for everything, including the cleaning of the house. When I start to feel like a fibro flare is approaching and I can't tell the difference if it is a flare up or the flu I take 15 drops of Thieves oil in a capsule along with 15 drops of Meluluca oil and the next day I feel better. I also use Thieves oil when I get a sore throat & use the spray on my throat and use it for cold sores.
My favorite oils and ones I keep a bottle at home and in my purse is Digize, Peppermint, Valor, Panaway, Relieve It oil, Lavender (sleep) Thieves, Clarity, Release oil & my favorite is White Angelica.
I use other oils as well but these are the ones I don't leave home without them and am always stocked up on. I also have just started to use a couple of drops of lavender along with Valerian oil to help with sleep. These oils have helped me manage my symptoms however I still have my good days and bad days. However, currently I only am taking thyroid medication & get a monthly shot of Torodal & B12.
I manage my symptoms with the Young Living oils, massage, acupuncture, kinesiology, breath work, water aerobics, & Yoga. I also have great doctors who also work with me and they are all aware of the use of the Young Living Essential oils. Also another great thing to add to this testimonial is Raindrop Technique is great for managing all of my symptoms.
