Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been using the Young Living Essential oils now for 7 years. I use the oils to help manage my symptoms of Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue/Sleep Apnea/TMJ/IBS. I use the PanAway and Relieve It oil blends and Idaho Balsam Fir for managing the muscle aches and pain in my body.

I also use Release Oil for the tension for the jaw. I use the DiGize oil blend orally and ingest a few drops of it when I have discomfort in the stomach area or acid reflux. I use Peppermint for everything; from tiredness, to soreness, hot flashes, or just to smell.

I use Thieves oil for everything, including the cleaning of the house.

When I start to feel like a fibro flare is approaching and I can't tell the difference if it is a flare up or the flu, I take 15 drops of Thieves oil in a capsule along with 15 drops of Melaleuca oil and the next day I feel better. I spray my throat with the Thieves oil and also use it for cold sores.

My favorite oils are the ones that I keep a bottle at home and also in my purse. They are DiGize, Peppermint, the Valor and PanAway oil blends, Relieve It oil, Lavender for sleep, Thieves, the Clarity and Release oil blends and my favorite, White Angelica.

I use other oils as well but these are the ones I don't leave home without and am always stocked up on. I also have just started to include a couple of drops of Valerian oil along with Lavender oil to help with sleep.

These oils have helped me manage my symptoms, however I still have my good days and bad days. Currently I only am taking thyroid medication and get a monthly shot of Toradol and B12.

I manage my symptoms with the Young Living oils, massage, acupuncture, kinesiology, breath work, water aerobics and Yoga.

I also have great doctors who also work with me and they are all aware of the use of the Young Living Essential oils.

Also another great thing to add to this testimonial is the Raindrop Technique which is great for managing all of my symptoms.
