My allergies where so bad I was on 4 different medications and they had to keep switching them cause they would work for a bit and then stop working.

I went to the emotional release class I was the demo for people to watch. Right before I was instructed to lay on the table I was asked to think of a few things I went through. At that time my allergies where so bad I could not breath through my nose. I was always stuffed up and wheezing, with a running nose and itchy water eyes.

So I got up on the table and had I believe 6 or 7 different oils put on me in different areas. When I got done I could breath easier for one. This was in February.

In spring started to get the symptoms and I went to the essential oils desk reference and read about the nasal irrigation regimen: 10 drops rosemary, 6 drops tea tree and 8 tablespoons very fine salt (salt flower) I squirted this in the nose morning and night and I put lavender across the bridge of my nose and ylang ylang. I was better in 10 minutes and with in a week the symptoms where almost gone. My husband also uses this and has received relief.
