Oil for when babies bump their head

My 21 month old has bumped her head now twice this week, legs are new to her. And these were large egg bumps. I heard that helichrysum was a good healing oil and good on bruising, on the first one I put it on right away, the lump went right down and there was a very very faint sign of a bruise afterwards.

The second one we were not able to put it on til about an 1 1/2hr later, and it was still a very large lump, about the size of a quarter, and very purple at this point. I put the oil on and virtually watched the lump disappear again, and I reapplied it 3 more times and could not believe that the bruise was gone the next day. My husband was so amazed at this one. This is a must have oil with little ones in the house!
