I had been using a sleeping pill to sleep because of insomnia. I would only get about an hour of sleep a night because of this. I started using Lavender oil at night, I would put some on my hands and rub in on my face. Not only did I fall asleep within 15 minutes but my husband started sleeping much better as a result.
