This wonderful oil has 3 uses for me so far. It's great for reducing nausea and abdominal cramping. I rub a couple of drops over my stomach and abdomen and soon the discomfort is greatly reduced. I also put maybe a 1/4 drop under my tongue to further help with nausea. It was a lifesaver on a long car trip as I get motion sick fairly easily.

Peppermint also relieves nasal stuffiness.

It's also effective at repelling insects when I sit in my car to eat my lunch at work.
