I've added this testimonial in length, but I want to do a short version. There are people who use opioids after accidents or surgeries, or for specific chronic pain diseases. Invariably, it messes with your eliminatory tract. I have found that by using Alkalime and Comfortone can help in many ways. Inflammatory conditions (which cause or are part of chronic pain) are accompanied by an acidic pH. I have found that if you take Alkalime in the morning and evening, you'll be surprised to see your pH balance return and for the inflammation to decrease rapidly. Comfortone, I've found, keeps the intestines lightly distended, and less cranky when food come plodding through. It helps to take a lot of water. The three together make a HUGE difference.
