I have varicose veins on the back of my knee and upper calf from 3 pregnancies. They sometimes feel 'achy' and bother me.

I rubbed Aroma Siez neat on the veins, then Peppermint (slightly diluted w/ oil) over the top. I felt immediate relief from the aching and heavy feeling, and this lasted for several hours. The appearance of the veins also seemed to improve (possibly from reduced inflammation). This oil combo is especially helpful if I'm going to be on my feet for a long time, or if they're aching before I go to sleep at night.
