Thieves and Ningxia Red for the common cold

I teach four-year-old children and as a result, am exposed to numerous nasty germs almost daily. This year, strep throat has been rampant, as well as the normal colds. So far I have managed to avoid strep throat and the two colds I have gotten have been short and almost sweet. By that I mean, instead of the 'normal' 7-10 day colds, that are typical, I would have a 'cold' for only two or three days and then it would be gone.

I have been drinking Ningxia Red for about six months now, 1.5 ounce in the morning and 1.5 in the evening and using Thieves spray whenever my throat felt scratchy.

When I felt a cold coming on, I used Thieves spray and Thieves mouthwash many times during the day, and drank extra 'helpings' juice. Whatever it has done, it as kept me healthy
