I have been using Young living's Purification on black heads and it turns them into an easily squeezable fatty oil that easily presses out without hurting the person. The pore goes back to normal size and only a few times did I have to repeat the process to clean up a pore.

The Purification oil has to sit on the black head for a while before it comes out. Some times same day sometimes over several days of using the oil on the black head.
