Sleep & stress eased with RutaVaLa

I heard about RutaVaLa on Gary conference tape sent to me by my upline. Being under so much stress/high cortisol levels I ordered some right away. I started the first day by putting 7 drops in my 24oz. water and drank it. That night I applied it on my big toes and the spine on my feet.

The next morning I applied it to my feet once again and that night on my feet again. Since the first day on of use I have been sleeping all through the night. My stress levels are down. I am not as uptight with worry about finances and other problems that I encounter on a daily basis. The smell kinda of grows on you.

I put lemon or grapefruit oil in it to drink it and this helps. It is at the top of the list in Young Living oils.
