Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My daughter's bottom became quite raw (red and sore) after her first couple days on solids. I applied a small amount of Lavender (alternating with R. Chamomile) with each diaper change and by the next day the redness was almost completely gone! I do the same for diaper rash and it clears up within 24hrs every time.

No product (organic of course) has even come close to just using a small amount of oil. I recommend the book, "Aromatherapy for the Healthy Child" for guidance on the use of essential oils with babies and children.

Additional keyword(s) assigned by the editor: diaper, rash, baby.
