About 5 months ago I started to suffer from sleeplessness. After a couple months I became really frustrated about the situation so along with not sleeping came depression. Both seemed just to get worse instead better.

We talked about essential oils with Deborah and right after that I ordered some and used Peace & Calming. Throughout the day and before nighttime I rubbed it in my feet. Even when I could not sleep, I was so relaxed, I just felt good and it did not bother me that I could not go to sleep. The longer I used them the more often I was able to sleep.

In combination I used Lemon to enhance the mood. Since I use the oils the depression is pretty much gone. If I feel it coming I just put my oils on, and it makes me feel better.

Three weeks later I received a raindrop session and it was amazing. I never was so relaxed and felt better. So far I slept every night since then. All my energy seemed to came back and I feel full of life. The oils did a incredible job in a short amount of time.
