This winter, I have been dropping a single drop of Thieves on my tongue and pushing it to the roof of my mouth when I feel rundown or a cold coming on. So far, I haven't actually gotten sick, other than a day of the sniffles. This is different from any other year, where by now I would have had a long-lasting cough and a couple colds. It is very, very spicy but I actually enjoy the feeling now. One drop is all it takes! If you accidentally get it on your chin, just add carrier oil to dilute and the burning sensation goes away immediately.
