Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
I get hay fever every summer and I have done for the last 35 years. Sounds terrible, I know, but for the last 10 years I have managed it with healthy diet and lifestyle and without the use of drug medications. My symptoms are now quite mild and they occur on odd occasions.
This morning I was on my walk when my eyes began itching profusely. When I reached home I began sneezing and my nose became blocked and runny. I quickly looked up the essential oils reference book and grabbed the Wintergreen and inhaled it from my palms. The itching subsided immediately. When the scent lessened I applied Lavender and inhaled that. One hour later my eyes are still not itchy and my nose is unblocked.
I consume very little grains and dairy foods as a rule and I generally avoid junk food. I can tolerate these in very small doses, but when hay fever is present consumption of these foods can mean the difference between a good day and an absolutely terrible one.
