Doctor said I had type 2 diabetes

Four years ago I was told by doctors I had type 2 diabetes. That scared me since I watched my father suffer from it before he died back in 1997.

I changed my diet, read everything I could and was about to take medications for my condition when a friend, Shauna, told me about Young Living essential oils. I bought books on essential oils and bought the oils that would best help me and between my sugar meter, my diet, and the oils I started liking the readings I was getting and the way I was feeling.

I went back to the doctor and was told I did not need medications yet. On my next visit I expect the doctor to say the same thing. I will let you know.

There are a lot of other benefits I have received from learning about and using oils that further help my health and encourage me to continue to learn all I can.

My oil routine is:

Thieves on feet in morning, 4 drops each foot. Coriander on chest, Cinnamon on stomach with Cyprus and Australian Blue on neck at night or late afternoon. Between 2 and 4 drops each kind depending on blood sugar levels on empty stomach and stress levels. I have a stressful life and Austrilian Blue is the best for me in dealing with stress.
