Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I just learned at a health seminar about the effectiveness of the RC essential oil blend on staph and MRSA infections. Staph is everywhere...I've contracted it at Sea World and possibly at the gym, and both times when I was tired and my immune system was down.

When my children had multiple infections last year, I gave up on antibiotics, which were making the infections subside but recur frequently, and looked for a natural alternative.

I learned how to use a concoction of Supersalve and Oregano oil and when I ran out of the salve, I made an ointment out of honey, olive oil and Oregano oil. All three of my children's infections cleared up and they did not recur. I also gave them Oregano oil in honey and olive oil orally. I now use coconut oil.

When I caught staph last week, I had a tiny painful bump on my leg, the beginnings of an infection. This time I put 2 drops RC oil and a drop of Oregano on the spot, repeated throughout the day, and what was a red and painful bump the first day, was flat and dry the next...I'm so impressed!

I will continue the RC and take Oregano oil orally this week. I now know that I can disinfect cuts and wounds with RC oil blend which I had previously only used for respiratory allergies.

These results indicate that the antibacterial action of essential oils was most effective when at high vapor concentration for a short time."Link

[T]hyme, cinnamon, lemongrass, tea tree, lavender, oregano, clove, palmarosa, or cajeput [melaleuca] EOs [essential oils] are known to be active against Streptococcus pyogenes, while oregano, basil, mint [peppermint], rosemary, and lavender EOs are known to inhibit another Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus [staph].... We showed that cinnamon presented the higher activity against S. pyogenes compared to the other EOs tested.... 14 [essential oils] showed antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pyogenes.... Among them Cinnamomum verum [cinnamon bark], Cymbopogon citratus [Xiang Mao], Thymus vulgaris CT thymol [thyme], Origanum compactum [oregano], and Satureja montana [Mountain Savory] essential oils exhibited significant antibacterial activity. The in vitro results reported here suggest that, for patients suffering from bacterial throat infections, if aromatherapy is used, these essential oils, considered as potential antimicrobial agents, should be preferred."Link
