Cervical nerve root inflammation

A very overwhelming hormonal episode had me feeling intense inflammation in all of my joints. This lasted for several hours and I found sipping a glass of water with a drop of peppermint in it of benefit during those several hours.

After eventually settling down I developed an intense pain from my left chest, left shoulder, down my arm that felt very deep and again very bony pain. I tried Orthoease, Panaway, Peppermint these helped literally only for minutes. Immediately the pain started lifting. I sat for a few minutes I think in shock, that the heavy deep disturbing pain was leaving, then I re-applied in the same areas and went to bed and fell asleep for hours.
