My recipe for weight loss

I had put on about 30 pounds due to emotional eating and not caring about anything including myself. I got my head strong using some of the Young living oils. I cared about myself again and I decided to try and drop some weight. I started drinking the Balance Complete with the digest and cleanse pills and Ninxia Red, as meal substitutes. I did this for about a month to jump start my system.

I also started putting a drop of grapefruit and a drop of lemon in a bottle of water and drinking about 5 - 6 of those a day. I stopped drinking diet pop. The weight started coming off. I never felt deprived - I would still eat whatever I wanted - I found that I did not want the bad stuff. I started in April of 2007 and by September I had lost 30 pounds. I am now trying to loose another 10 that I have carried forever - these are coming off a little harder - but I am not thinking about the scale - as a matter of fact I weigh myself very rarely. I know it will happen - and if it doesn't it's okay cause I feel wonderful and that is all that matters. I am a whole new person with the use of Young Living oils.
