Thieves oil, when diffused, is extremely powerful. Last winter, I started diffusing Thieves oil as soon as I had my new diffuser, from Young Living, of course. Which was in December of 2006. Our immunity towards colds, flu-bugs and all the 'fine' viruses floating in the air during the winter, was dramatically improved by doing so. We also drink NingXia Red, which is also very beneficial for sooo many things that it would take too long to list.
