Bad cold virus has come and gone

Sore throat, body ache, bad congestion--I started the first sign of sore throat with a drop of Thieves every 2-3 hours right in the back of the throat (I know, yuck! but it works). That usually does the trick but when it persisted, I knew I probably had the virus so many at work had along with my husband, and my Mom.

I started taking a capsule with 2-3 drops of Oregano and 2-3 drops of RC every 4 hours. In the morning I put Thieves in my feet, Immupower in the evening. I diffused Eucalyptus (with a little lemon for smell) all night and drank plenty of water. I have to tell you that other than being really tired and knowing when it was time to take another capsule, I felt pretty normal. I received my new Inner Defense and I am alternating that with the Oregano/RC capsule since I can breathe unclogged without RC now. I am on day 11 and very thankful!

I love the Raindrop Technique. I recommend it any time! The oils and technique are the best!
