Peppermint for digestion problems

Peppermint and the deodorant were the two items that attracted me to Young Living. For years I struggled with digestive problems. Flatulence, blood in my stools, and general discomforts and chronic diarrhea. All associated with anxiety and other emotional disturbances. I began with Peppermint by taking a drop under the tongue daily after meal. Many times I would apply the peppermint neat to my abdomen area and do circular massage. It was really effective.
