Lavender helps with allergies

We live in Oklahoma. We had just had a big tornado come through and trees were down. Our church youth group was asked to go to another town to help cut up trees and move them.

I don't know what was in those trees, but my children got severe allergic reactions to the pollen or whatever it was. Itchy, watery eyes. It was not good. Luckily I had lavender with me. I rubbed some down their noses and across their cheekbones. I also shared my oil with several others who were in similar distress. Lavender oil saved the day and they were able to get the job done.
