Quickly lowered blood pressure!

I had to share this one! I was at the dentist office and before doing work, they take your blood pressure. I have a tendency to have border line blood pressure but have terrible side effects from the medication.

While in the dentist office my pressure was taken and was 165/110. My dentist said she would not work on me with pressure that high. She said to wait a few minutes, try to relax and she would take it again to determine if I could get the work done I was there for.

I happened to have my Joy and Inner Child in my purse, I took out the Joy and applied under my chin and the back of my neck and took out inner child and just breathed deeply for a (and I swear!) one minute. The dentist came back, took my pressure and it was 130/85! She was floored and asked what I did. So I told her, which I'm not sure she believed, but she could smell the oils upon coming back into the room.
