How I achieved weight loss

At the beginning of this year I was diagnosed with a liver infection. The poor functioning of my liver was messing up my metabolism...and I was gaining weight like crazy. I was up to 260 pounds by then. I also had high blood pressure and no energy at all. In fact, the doctor suggested I take anti-depressants.
