How I found asthma relief

My first experience with Young Living Essential Oils was with the Essential 7 Kit. I used all the oils every day. I rubbed Peppermint and Lavender on my feet every morning and night before I went to bed. I rubbed PanAway on my lower back. I used Joy and Peace & Calming on my arms and chest. I was more intuitive about the exact amount and application. Lets just say I used all the oils in the kit liberally and frequently. After 2 weeks, I noticed I was no longer using the inhalers. After 3 weeks, I threw the inhalers away! Now when I have a cough or shortness of breath, I put a little Peppermint on my tongue. I drink a few sips of water and my symptoms subside and then go away!
