About nine days ago by back went out as I have herniated disks. I crawled around for next two days on a cane. Then I applied Valor about 3-4 drops followed with Regenolone cream which in a little while took off a lot of pressure and pain. I knew I had to get back to walking as this helps srengthen my back. I continued to apply about 3 times a day. Now I apply once a day or when I have pain in my back which gives almost instant relief. I am now able to walk for an hour or so each day.
