I decided to go on Ningxia Red when I was running low on energy and I had flopped on yet another diet! I took it every time I felt like eating for two days. Then added a meal in every day. I cannot believe how FANTASTIC it made me feel.

I have Meniere's Disease in my left ear and have not had a day without being 'off-balance' and/or dizzy in, literally, years! I am FLOORED! Too awesome. I cannot believe how great I feel without having to constantly worry about preparing myself for a 'drop attack' at any time! Maybe I can get my driver's license back!

Anyway, Ningxia Red also got my all-day every-day nausea under control, which is also from high sugar that I was not controlling well enough. I also lost over a dozen pounds...that is a kick start to get going right! I am pretty heavy, and usually gain a few more after I flop a diet. BUT, I had NO sugar cravings...super unusual for me. Even when offered chocolate...NONE! I ran out of Ningxia too fast, and finally have gotten more...but I say...if you do not feel good...get on NINGXIA RED! I am SO GLAD I did!!!!!!!!!!
