Lowered my blood pressure naturally

For several years now I have had BP of 140/78 but noticed a couple of months ago that it had gone up to 160/78. I freaked and read what oils to use in EODR.

Every a.m. I put 2 drops each of Aroma Life and Marjoram on my carotid arteries (both sides of neck). That immediately brought my BP back down to previous levels of 140/78 or so. A month ago I did the 5 Day Nutritive Cleanse and ever since, with no oils, my BP is around 120/68. I am keeping a close eye on it in case I need to use oils again but so far so good. All of this with none of the side effects of BP meds!
