I love Lemon essential oil. When my stomach is upset I open the top of the Lemon oil, inhale and my body responds to it. Aromatherapy is great!

My more serious problem is close to the time when my period comes on, I have bad bloating. I have cramps too, but what makes it worse is that my gas won't pass.

Dropping 2 drops of Lemon oil to my water and drinking it down solves this problem.
