Lemon oil for upset stomach & gas

I love the lemon oil. All I have to do when my stomach is upset is to open the top of the Lemon Oil and my body responds. My more serious problem though, on or close to the time when my period comes on, I bloat. I have bad cramps, but what makes it worse is that my gas won't pass. Dropping 2 drops of lemon oil in my water and tanking it down solves this problem.
