I have taken medication for high blood pressure for years but after using oils from Young Living I no longer have to. I tried several different single oils to lower it and came up with my own blend.

I apply 2 drops each morning and night on my carotid arteries and heart (could also be applied to any pulse point). I haven't taken medication for a year now and it stays under control. I go for days sometimes without using the oil and my BP stays around 120/75. I have very little swelling unless I stand for an excessive amount of time or I don't drink enough water. I put Peppermint oil and Lemon oil, 2 drops each in one or two 20 oz. bottles of water a day to help the swelling. Everyone is different so monitor your BP closely if you use any of the oils.

I have had clients continue taking medication while using the oils and their BP gets too low. I'm not advocating people stop taking their medication. Each individual has to decide which route is best for them but the most important thing to remember is that you have to monitor yourself closely until you get the right combination.

20 drops Patchouli
25 drops Ylang, Ylang
50 drops Lavender
20 drops Orange
10 drops Lemon
20 drops Cypress
