I wear hard contact lenses & was having many problems with them becoming very hazy & unable to even see through them. In addition a cyst was forming in my upper right eye lid & I woke to the entire eye lid being swollen. I was advised by a freind to put RC on my neck below the ears, over my throat & cup over eyes & nose & breath in. By afternoon the swelling had reduced in 1/2 & I was wearing my contacts again the next day.
