I had no permanent relief from these afflicitions with prescription meds from my gastroentologist. I started the regimin for IBS and Acid Reflux as defined in the EODR in October of 2003 and by January 2004 I was free of them. I did make some changes to my diet as well following the recommendation of my gastroentologist - no soda, no chocolate, no junk food. That diet change combined with prescriptions did not give me the permanent relief essential oils and Young Living supplements did. I have not had to remain on any oils or supplements specifically to continue supporting my gastro health either.
