I had gotton into poison ivy this last fall and had it so bad that when I was waking up in the morning I could not contain myself. I felt as if I had it on my nerve endings on the inside of my body.

I took three drops of lavender oil in a capsule and within a few minutes I felt my nerves calming and I could then deal with the poison ivy on my arms and legs and face.

Now I find that when I have nerve problems I can try the lavender instead of the chemicals I had used in the past with none of the side affects.
