Colds, viruses, sinus issues Thieves oil

Whenever anyone in my family comes down with cold or virus symptoms (sinus pressure, runny nose, stuffy nose, sore throat, run down feeling), I bring out the Thieves oil immediately.

Methods of use -

1) spray form: 1-3 sprays in mouth (15 ml bottle with spray nozzle attached - with pure water and about 10 drops of Thieves oil)

OR

2) place 1-2 drops of Thieves oil on a teaspoon and place directly in mouth or just drip the oil into mouth

We have done this every hour or two hours until symptoms go away. The faster we use the oils after first feeling sickly, the faster the positive effect takes place.
