I have noticed many times that if I drink Berry Young Juice while I exercise, I have more endurance, which is great. So, usually I eat breakfast and then drink my BYJ as I take my morning walk. I eat first because I have suffered from low blood sugar all my life, and can never skip a meal, or even go out to breakfast without eating first!
