Three oils to reduce arthritis discomfort

I've been working with the Young Living essential oils for the past 2 years. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 20 years ago but have been free of medications for 8 years because of diet, exercise and a good attitude. However, occasionally I will have a flare-up in my wrist, finger, toe or foot. When this happens I use one of three oils: Panaway, Valor or Joy. (Joy because sometimes our pain is caused by our emotions). I notice immediate results and after 1-2 applications, I forget about the pain because these oils really work.
