I have osteoarthritis in my knee. I had the knee cleaned up and the Dr. said I would be a candidate down the road for a knee replacement. After surgery I continued to have trouble with the knee. Knee pain, swelling, stiffness and water on the knee. My sister in law (who is an oiler) told me to try 3 drops of wintergreen and 3 drops of cypress oils and rub it over the knee a couple of times a day. The first time I used it the pain was gone almost immediately. I don't use it regularly now but I probably should...... but when the weather changes or I twist my knee, I need it and it works wonderfully every time. These oils are great!
