Cold, sore throat and congestion

Working in an elementary school system with special ed. handicapped children exposes me to numerous occasions to contract colds, etc. However, this past year, I had the advantage of essential oils. When I would notice signs of my body beginning symptoms of stuffiness, achy throat, etc. I started right away to use my oils. I rubbed Theives oil on my throat, inhaled Peppermint oil several times a day, as well as sipped it diluted in my glass of water throughout the day. I diluted one drop per quart.

I also looked up in my EO desk reference and made some capsules using the Thieves, Oregano, and Lemon oils. I took one capsule twice a day for 3 days. I was feeling normal in a few days. My co-workers all got the sniffles, and developed bad colds. I kept telling them about the oils, but they just refused to listen. All I could say was 'You don't see me getting colds do you?' They couldn't argue with me on that!. I love my Peppermint oil, I continue to use it daily in my water, and it's also great to massage my neck when it hurts. Thanks for a great product. I love my oils.
