I was traveling home to California from New Mexico and stopped at a hotel in Needles for the night. Shortly after getting in bed my stomach started feeling bad. It seemed to come on suddenly and progressed rapidly. I thought I would be throwing up at any minute. I dragged myself out of bed, got dressed and hoped I could make it to my car to retrieve my oils. I had no probiotics with me and that was my usual defense for stomach or intestinal problems. I was new to the oils and really hoped they would work. I looked up nausea in the Essential Oils Desk Reference and picked the oil I had, peppermint, and followed the recommended protocol. One drop in the mouth, one on the upset area and around the naval and one on the stomach reflex point on each foot with vita-flex technique. This took all of 5 minutes and by then, no more nausea.

It was such a drastic turn around that I started to question whether I had really felt that bad at all. But as I remembered the effort it took for me to get from my bed to my car, I knew it was real. At that point I was completely sold on the oils. I have had many more great experiences since this one using these amazing oils.
