About 2 months after purchasing my oils kit, I caught a nasty sinus infection one Sunday. Monday I stayed home from work it was so bad and the last thing I wanted to do was drive and sit at the doctors office. So, I grabbed the RC blend and put one drop in my palm. Took my index finger from my other hand and rubbed it in the oil. Then I rubbed my finger along my sinus cavity, all over my nose and around my forehead adding more oil as I needed and being very careful NOT to get oil in my eyes!

Then I put 2 drops in my palm and spread it all around my chest and throat. Then I rubbed my palms together, cupped my hands around my nose and breathed in and out 4-5 times. I did this every morning after my shower and evening before bed. Tuesday I went back to work and by Friday, the infection was completely gone! Before, it would take my body 2-3 weeks to get rid of a sinus infection even when prescribed the Z-pack! I love the RC oil!
