Heartburn is no match for lavender oil

We were in the car driving home my 14 year old son, said he had heartburn. He asked if I had anything. I thought about the oils I had in my purse I didn't want him to use peppermint we had no water or oil in the car. So, I told him to put a drop of Lavender on his chest. I remembered someone saying if you don't know what oil to use, use Lavender, it is the mother of all oils. Anyway he put 1 drop on his chest. He gave the bottle back to me and before I could put it back in my purse he said, 'It's gone.' I started laughing, He said no mom I mean it my heartburn is gone. I said I know I am just laughing because it is GREAT! We love the oils!
