On Wednesday evening I fell on the tennis court and bruised my left palm and left side of leg near my knee. I iced for about 15-20 minutes and then I drove home. My fingers were very stiff and I couldn't even use that hand to drive. As soon as I got home I applied directly a drop each of Aromasiez, Wintergreen, Cypress, Palo Santo, Helichrysum and then did the same in the morning and at night for the days following my injury. The same evening of the fall my injuries were about 90% better. Normally I would have had a very purple and blue bruise but just had a very small light pink one. Also, the pain was almost completely gone!

And today which is almost a week later there is no indicator on my body that I had ever fallen! I had to really put my faith in the healing of these oils because I was actually scheduled for another match the next day! I shall always have my oils with me on the tennis court in case of emergency for me or my friends!
