Throat soreness and infection

While dealing with a sinus problem, I also had a bad sore throat that I thought might look infected. I decided I needed to use somemthing to gargle with. I discovered that Frankincense and Lemon together works great for the throat. I put a couple of drops of each oil in a small glass of water. I used it to gargle, a little at a time. It had a very soothing feeling in my throat. When I got to the last little bit, I just swallowed the rest. It felt wonderful. I did this before I went to bed one night and woke up feeling so much better. I did the gargle again in the morning and my throat actually looks normal again.
