A high blood pressure experience

Our small mountain community (elevation 9,000 feet) was going to have a meeting one afternoon at the Community Center. The County was just finishing up a blood pressure clinic. My neighbor who had just been diagnosed with high blood pressure was physically feeling like it might be elevated, so she stepped into the room where the County people were and had it checked. It was up around 168/102. She was a little concerned since she had just been rushing around to get to the meeting.

She is also very concerned and sensitive to using products that she doesn't know about or understand. So when I offered for her to put a drop of Peace & Calming on her wrists, she refused. I then suggested she just sit and inhale it from the bottle for about five minutes. She did so, and then went into the other room again to have her blood pressure checked again.

By just inhaling the Peace & Calming, it helped relax her body to bring the blood pressure down to 138/84 which was much more tolerable for her until she got home.
